Asset Management

Here you can find a list of asset related forms to help manage the growing list of assets deployed throughout Australia.

These forms are designed to be filled out on site or at the end of your runs. they allow you to  record new installs, removed, missing and damaged Enviropoles or circumstances which may restrict you from carrying out services. (For example street works, blocked off areas etc.)

It is important to fill out the forms so that records can be kept and customers are made aware of any issues.

Please ensure you take the time to fill out the basic forms on site or immediately after your run if you do not have a tablet or mobile which can access this site.

All forms are emailed directly to the office. The office may contact you further to clarify or obtain additional information at a later time.

DATABASE SYSTEM AND ROUTES

Enviropoles will manage the database and all of your routes.

Your routes are now setup to accommodate our systems.  Please do not work off your own routes, setup your own routes or attempt to make any changes to your routes. All changes will now be done by Shelley in the office.

For this reason, it is important that all changes to your routes, assets and customers are reported promptly so that we can amend your routes accordingly.

REPORT FORMS

All database systems and your routes will now be monitored and managed by Shelley.  Any changes will need to be submitted to Shelley so that she can update the system accordingly these forms will be automatically sent to administrations and our systems will be updated Tuesday every week.

Damaged units - If you come across a damaged or vandalized enviropole, carry out any repairs that you are capable on the spot. If you are unable to carry out the repairs, or if the unit is beyond repair; first ensure the unit does not pose a risk or hazard, then report using the form to notify Shelley of the state and actions required. If the unit is a risk or hazard, remove the enviropole and report using the form.

Missing units - All units that are deemed as missing, which have not been removed by Enviropoles staff/ contractors must be reported. If you find a unit not in its usual place, please report this using the appropriate form

Missed cleans - Failing to clean the enviropole will result in the customer not being charged. If you are unable to clean a unit ie. construction zone, road works, OH&S risk, area closed, locked or unaccessible please fill out the form so we may be aware and notified.

Removed units - Any units that we have requested you to remove. Upon removal, please fill out the form so we can update our records.

Found units -In the event you find a unit that may have been installed or relocated by the customer, please notify us and complete the form so we can track the original location.

Change of Bar-codes -This system relies heavily on the bar-code number on the unit being correct and our system correlating to the correct bar-code. To track and trace units, ensure the correct customer is being billed for the scan carried. It is vital that you keep us informed of any bar-code changes.
